As a Consumer Business Lead at Maya, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that moves at lightning speed to elevate our market share, engage customers on a profound level, and drive unrivaled revenue growth and operational efficiency across our suite of fintech products. You will be a pivotal force, leading a team of talented individuals and working closely with cross-functional teams to innovate, execute and scale world-class business growth strategies that create, deliver and capture business value from key consumer segments.

  • Be at the forefront of creating and refining business models that propel our organization forward and leverage your analytical skills to develop comprehensive models that optimize revenue streams, drive growth, and ensure sustainable financial success
  • Develop and execute business strategies that position us as a market leader by anticipating industry trends, identifying growth opportunities, and navigating complex challenges to drive our organization's success
  • Be instrumental in identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and negotiating win-win collaborations to strengthen our position in the industry.
  • Be responsible for accurate forecasting of business performance to enable informed decision-making and sustain competitive advantage
  • Manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and alignment with strategic priorities and leverage your expertise in financial planning and analysis to drive profitability and maximum return on investment
  • Take charge of profit and loss management of your assigned use case or vertical, devising innovative pricing strategies that drive revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology Management, Finance, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of at least 6-8+ years in the FinTech industry, demonstrating success in business development and/or management roles, specifically ecommerce, adtech, and international remittance.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, research skills, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and decisions.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a sense of urgency and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
