As Strategy Manager, the position is expected to partner with the Chief Marketing Officer and other Teams, within the Marketing Group in the development and implementation of the group strategy.
- Leads the business planning sessions from customer insighting to execution planning.
- Integrates strategies across departments and works with the heads to develop the overall Marketing Group plans and budget.
- Aligns departmental goals, processes and resources with the group strategy.
- Ensures alignment of the Customer Group strategy with the overall MYNT strategy and other groups.
- Responsible for overall governance and management of budget, processes and selected strategic projects.
