- Leading the discovery sessions for any new initiative
- Leading the RFI/RFP process for selecting vendors needed for a buy initiative
- Working with Legal for contract negotiations and ensures the vendor engagements are to the company's advantage.
- Working with Procurement for commercial negotiations. Platform manager needs to ensure that the commercial model is to the company's advantage.
- Governing the overall Platform Lifecycle - Feasibility, Introduction, Growth, Maturity, Decom/Migration/Replacement
- Ensuring that the platform investment & vendor engagement are maximized
- Minimum 8 years IT industry experience as Business Analyst, Product Manager or Project Manager
- With at least 3 years stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in the IT domain, preferably in the financial services setting (either bank or non-bank) is preferred
- Strong background on the following: Vendor Sourcing, Due Diligence & Contracting / Platform Design & Delivery / Platform Lifecycle Management / Service & Operations Management
