MariBank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank) is looking for a Product Manager - App Experience & Ecosystem Growth
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate integration projects with various ecosystem partners for the SeaBank app
- Own and continuously improve the app’s user experience based on business and user requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and present business requirements to business and regulatory stakeholders.
- Prepare the business requirements document and present it to business and regulatory stakeholders.
- Develop and execute test cases for new features; identify, track, and resolve issues with the regional Product Team.
- Support Production Support Teams and other Product Managers in configuring app UI settings via backoffice systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert for app functionalities, preparing and delivering training sessions to operational teams.
- Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) and knowledge management articles are updated accurately based on new features and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other similar fields
- With at least 2 years of experience in Product Management or other related roles (Systems, Business Analyst, Product Testing)
- Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
