BillEase is seeking a Product Manager to join our Merchants team, playing a key role in driving the growth of our consumer lending business. You will lead the development and management of lending and payment products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business goals.
This role is ideal for someone who is process-oriented, analytical, and has a strong technical understanding of financial and payment systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative financial solutions, optimize product performance and profitability, and maintain a competitive edge in the consumer finance industry.
- Act as the subject matter expert and advocate for assigned Billease product(s), driving design, launch, and end-to-end management across lending, payments, and related solutions.
- Own the full product lifecycle and P&L: strategy, unit economics, processes, customer journeys, risk controls, and market placement.
- Define and track success metrics for product performance; monitor P&L impact, usage, credit/risk KPIs, and communicate updates and key decisions to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Finance, IT, CS, Sales) and external partners to align products with business goals, manage risks, and ensure competitiveness in the fintech/payment ecosystem.
- Drive adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction by continuously improving journeys, pricing models, and support processes.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in product management, credit utilization, credit operations, digital lending, payments, or consumer finance
- Process-oriented and has strong understanding of credit products, payment ecosystems (QR, cards, wallets), mobile payment technologies, and consumer finance offerings
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Experience with payment systems, digital wallets, or credit card operations is required
