Responsibilities
- Develop innovative products and services that drive business growth, enhance customer acquisition, and improve customer retention.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze business, marketing, communications, and campaign requirements.
- Document detailed business requirements and present findings and proposals to management and relevant stakeholders across business, marketing, and campaign teams.
- Design, prepare, and execute comprehensive test cases for new product features, coordinating with the regional product team to identify, report, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support the marketing team in configuring campaigns and developing communication plans aimed at increasing product awareness and engagement through campaign features.
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, identify successes and challenges, and recommend strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness for customer acquisition and retention.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by creating and delivering training on marketing and campaign functionalities, ensuring that standard operating procedures and knowledge management documentation are accurately maintained and updated by impacted operational teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate preferably in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology
- At least 2 years of work experience in Project or Product Management / Product Owner / Business and System Analyst / Quality Assurance / Developer or any related technical background
- Preferably with experience in the FinTech industry, specifically IT Product Management that supports banking processes through business requirement analysis, product design, user acceptance testing, user experience research, competitor analysis and the like
- Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
