The Enterprise Account Management team is a highly consultative group that owns the relationships with Xendit’s largest and most strategic, fastest-growing merchants. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you are the main point of contact for senior executives at both growing startups and established enterprises. You are the customer's internal advocate and it is your responsibility to understand their unique needs, drive adoption of Xendit offerings, and work across internal product teams to inform the next generation of user-focused payment tools.

The team is looking for a natural relationship builder, with farming and hunting skills who can manage both day-to-day conversations as well as high-level strategic discussions to drive outcomes for our Merchants on behalf of Xendit.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Enterprise Account Management with the development and implementation of sales strategy and growth plan of existing accounts
  • Execute on growth campaigns and initiatives to increase overall volume of accounts by upselling and cross-selling products
  • Develop/deepen key relationships with merchants and actively oversee the overall success and health of the accounts
  • Execute on sales strategy, manage day-to-day sales activities, monitor and track team performance, strive to continuously improve outcomes for team members
  • Command of the Account - Relationship management, customer service, growth, development, and mapping are the key aspects of controlling the account. Ensure that you maintain active dialogue with key PICs, swiftly resolve issues, and deliver on asks on a timely basis
  • Planning and Strategy: Provide growth forecasts, deliver comprehensive account plans, map out organizational structure, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), develop coverage strategy, and run account based marketing campaigns which deepen and widen touchpoints with key accounts
  • Opportunity Management: Understand intimately the account’s current use case, identify solutions needed, and close of deals with Xendit if possible
  • Product and Solutioning: Demonstrate strong product knowledge and understanding of the market landscape, maintain active dialogue and align with product and partnership teams, build business cases for channels, features and solutions required to support customers, and assist with product launch GTM
Qualifications
  • You have demonstrated consistent success in various sales roles throughout your career
  • Have 5+ years of consultative sales experience in a technology/finance environment selling complex solutions to businesses
  • Sales experience in high-growth complex enterprise solutions across industries, preferably payments/fintech related
  • Have a proven consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota in a highly consultative sales environment across multiple years
  • Independent and have strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills to thrive in a start-up or high growth culture.
  • Can operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment - you're willing to try something new, and fail fast
  • Can understand complex enterprise requirement, craft custom solutions and lead integration conversations in a consultative manner
  • Possess an ability to articulate technical concepts and translate them to simple analogies in order to adapt and communicate use cases and concepts to different stakeholders
  • Great at technical troubleshooting and are comfortable with technical terms
