Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of GCrypto/GStocks user growth campaigns with the goal of driving awareness, education and usage to ultimately grow users and drive revenue.
  • Analyze growth drivers (Penetration, Frequency, Ave Value per Transaction), market research and external competition of GCrypto/GStocks, and turn them into integrated strategies and executions that deliver KPIs.
  • Collaborate Internally to give inputs and ensure user understanding of product features and coordinate execution timings of communications on promotions and builds where applicable.
  • Champion the voice of the consumer in GCrypto/GStocks end to end experience by taking charge in regular consumer immersions and market validations to ensure best-in-class experience.
  • Excellence in brand financial management to ensure investment efficiency and achievement of EBITDA targets.
  • Innovation & Creativity – this role requires a tenacious approach to reinventing the way we do marketing, as well as coming up with new ways to execute with the goal of cutting thru the advertising clutter.
  • Trend Pioneer – Given the nature of the platform, the role requires a keen sense of up and coming trends, and the potential business they can deliver to GCrypto/GStocks
  • Business Acumen – as an end-to-end business leader, it is expected that the candidate has strong commercial foresight, detail-oriented measurement, and honest evaluation of topline and bottom line performance
  • Consumer Love – As a part of the customer team, it is required for the usage manager to be passionate in immersing with our current and potential users, and build the ability to speak for them inside the meeting rooms
  • Purpose-driven – Finance for all is at the heart of everything we do, and thus a single-mindedness in the purpose of the usage manager’s actions is essential to succeeding in this job

Qualifications
  • Educational Background – College Degree
  • Years of Work Experience – 5 years, but negotiable if candidate has displayed stellar work performance in a similar industry

  • Level of Knowledge
  • High Business Acumen, Demonstrated Creativity
  • Knowledge, interest and actual personal usage of investment and/or cryptocurrency products (not necessarily of GCash) is a plus
