Pay&Go Kiosks Now Available at Lawson Branches for Secure, Convenient Paymentsby Fintech Philippines March 6, 2023
BTI Payments is further strengthening the presence of fast and easy payments in the country, through their latest partnership with Lawson Philippines. Under the tie-up, BTI’s Pay&Go kiosks are now present in Lawson convenience store branches nationwide.
A wholly-owned subsidiary of Australia-based Banktech, BTI Payments is certified by the Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas as an operator of payments systems that develops and deploys payments kiosks and independent ATMs.
Pay&Go kiosks enable customers to easily conduct their financial errands in one machine. When transacting through Pay&Go, customers can add funds into their GCash, Maya and Shopeepay digital wallets.
Bills payment for all major billers and purchase of airtime load for all telcos are also available. The extensive suite of partners and billers that Pay&Go has ensures that all customer payment needs will be met, regardless of what financial transactions they need to do.
The availability of Pay&Go kiosks in frequently visited locations adds much-needed accessibility and comfort for on-the-go Filipinos.
“We’ve placed our kiosks across major commercial business districts. We are widely available in Makati, Bonifacio Global City, and Ortigas, and even key urban cities like Baguio, Cebu and Davao. The pandemic has forever changed consumers’ payment behavior and they have seen the benefits of our contactless payment solution first-hand.
Partnerships with locations like Lawson enable us to bring our services closer to our customers. Pay&Go adds more value to each branch, converting them from just a convenience store to a venue where financial transactions can be performed.”
said Mariel Medina, Commercial Head of BTI Payments.
“Pay & Go gives our customers more reasons to visit one of our many Lawson branches. We have always placed a top priority on convenience for our customers and are glad to be partnering up with a company who believes in the same.”
said Tsukasa Nakanishi, Vice President at Lawson.
“We have deployed our Pay&Go kiosks in 100 Lawson branches and this key partnership enables us to reach more customers. At present we have over 1,000 devices all over the country and this number will definitely grow as we further expand our reach in areas outside of Metro Manila.”
said Kenneth de Guzman, Senior Alliance Manager at BTI Payments.
