CTBC Bank Philippines and Hitachi Asia have collaborated to update corporate banking services with a new Corporate NETBanking Web Portal. The project builds on their prior work on the bank’s consumer web interface and mobile applications, now serving corporate clients, from MSMEs to large corporations.
The platform aims to streamline financial operations, enhance security and improve efficiency.

Key features include comprehensive account management with real-time access to financial data. It also offers diverse payment capabilities for local and global transactions. Bulk transaction processing is available for increased productivity. Finally, customisable workflows and approval matrices allow for adaptable processes.
It also provides tools for corporate banking businesses in the Philippines to manage accounts and access financial data, facilitates local and international payments. All of which can be done via systems like InstaPay and SWIFT, enabling bulk transaction processing.
Businesses can tailor the platform to their needs with customisable workflows and approval processes. Security is enhanced through two-factor authentication and real-time transaction alerts, while flexible approval workflows, including Maker-Checker-Approver configurations, are also incorporated.
