A partnership between Suy Sing Commercial Corporation, a wholesale grocery supplier in the Philippines, and Fuse Financing Inc., the lending arm of GCash, has been formed, with the aim of providing small business owners with increased access to credit.
The collaboration aims to support the financial needs and growth opportunities of micro and small businesses. It includes independent supermarkets, mini-marts, groceries, drugstores, and bakeshops.
The partnership offers easier financing solutions through GGives for Business, providing business owners with access to zero-interest loans. These loans help businesses finance expansion, strengthen operations, and grow inventory.
Such an initiative supports essential community retailers. It helps to contribute to the economic well-being of local communities across the Philippines.
Small businesses, such as community groceries, are vital to local economies, providing access to daily essentials and creating livelihood opportunities. Despite their importance, however, obtaining financial capital for expansion and growth can be challenging for these businesses.
In response, Fuse launched GGives for Business to offer accessible financing for working capital. The partnership with Suy Sing allows Fuse to extend digital credit loans to small business owners, even those with limited or no credit standing, to help them restock and maintain operations.
This collaboration aligns with GCash’s broader objective of promoting financial inclusion for underserved Filipinos.

According to Fuse CEO Anthony Isidro, “GGives for Business is a commitment to financial inclusion. By enabling access to working capital, we hope to empower small business owners to keep their shelves stocked and their businesses thriving. Our collaboration with Suy Sing allows us to reach these communities more effectively.”
Eligible store owners can access loans starting at PHP 3,000 with zero interest and minimal processing fees.
The loan terms offer flexibility with 7 or 14-day options, designed to assist business owners in managing their inventory cycles and cash flow effectively.
