GoTyme Bank has announced that it has acquired over 6.5 million users and holds more than PHP 30 billion in customer deposits in under three years. This growth positions it as one of the fastest-growing digital banks in the Philippines.
Nate Clarke, GoTyme Bank’s Chief Executive, stated that in the last three months alone, GoTyme users spent over PHP 10.5 billion using their cards, which have been utilised in more than 100 countries.

Clarke noted, “GoTyme customers are not just using the card here, they are taking us with them as they explore the world”.
The bank now ranks among the top four in monthly active app users and top five in InstaPay transactions, placing it alongside major traditional financial institutions in the country.
The PHP 30 billion in deposits reflects increasing consumer confidence. In response to this growing depositor base, GoTyme has strengthened its digital security with mandatory biometric verification for device relinking and enhanced fraud detection systems to protect against phishing and other threats.
Additionally, GoTyme is also pursuing an aggressive physical expansion strategy. By the third quarter of 2025, GoTyme Bank kiosks will be present in every SM Store nationwide.
Albert Tinio, GoTyme Co-Chief Executive, highlighted that this expansion means customers can open an account in minutes and receive a free Visa debit card on the spot.

This is a revolution in access and empowerment”.
The bank is also extending up to PHP 3 million in credit to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) through partnerships with PayMongo and foodpanda.
