E-commerce platform Shopee has announced the launch of a new accelerator programme designed to help high-potential Filipino micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) scale their online businesses.
The company is expanding its existing Shopee Tatak Pinoy programme with this initiative, which it is launching as part of its 10th anniversary in the Philippines.
The Shopee Tatak Pinoy: Sibol Accelerator Program (SAP) is a structured, six-month growth initiative that will provide selected sellers with personalised mentorship, access to Shopee experts, and targeted support.
The pilot cohort, which begins in the fourth quarter of 2025, will be by invitation only and will include 20 local sellers who have demonstrated readiness to scale their operations.

“The launch of the Shopee Tatak Pinoy Sibol Accelerator is part of our commitment to helping promising Filipino sellers take the next step—whether that’s growing faster, scaling smarter, or building a lasting presence online,” said Vincent Lee, Head of Shopee Philippines.
The programme starts with an intensive bootcamp, followed by customised support and milestone-based incentives.
Key learning areas will include shop and content optimisation, marketing and campaign planning, fulfilment, and customer experience.
Participants will also receive a customised growth plan tailored to their specific business goals.
Lee added that the Shopee Tatak Pinoy: Sibol Accelerator Program has always been about championing local businesses.
“This year, we’re taking that commitment further by offering hands-on support for MSMEs at every stage, from first-time sellers to established businesses ready to scale,” he said.
