The collaboration aims at managing daily living costs. It allows holders of the Atome Card to receive discounts of up to PHP 5 per litre on SEAOIL fuel products.
To access the savings, customers must utilise the PriceLOCQ mobile application. The mechanism requires cardholders to download the app, pre-purchase fuel through the platform, and redeem it at participating SEAOIL stations.
This digital-first approach aligns with Atome’s user base. As of today, the company reports that nearly 2 million Filipinos currently hold an Atome Card.
From that number, approximately 80% are first-time card users. These users primarily rely on credit for essentials such as groceries and utilities.
Christian Quiros, President and Country General Manager of Atome Philippines, highlighted the partnership’s focus on affordability.

“Our mission at Atome Philippines has always been to make life more affordable and accessible for consumers,” Quiros said. “With fuel being one of the largest recurring household expenses, our exclusive partnership with SEAOIL provides millions of hardworking Filipinos a smarter and more flexible way to manage their daily living costs”.
Jayvee dela Fuente, Vice President for Corporate and Consumer Marketing at SEAOIL Philippines, stated that the initiative helps customers stretch their budgets.

The rollout will occur in phases, initially onboarding over 300 SEAOIL stations. The companies plan to eventually expand the programme to the majority of SEAOIL’s network, which exceeds 800 stations nationwide.
