The alliance signed a formal agreement with the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center to strengthen public-private cooperation against cybercrime.
This agreement aims to formalise cooperation between the industry and the government in tackling cybercrime.
Furthermore, the organisation plans to sign Memoranda of Understanding with the ASEAN Business Advisory Council and the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry to encourage broader cross-sector collaboration.

“Fraud does not recognise institutional boundaries, and neither should our response,” Villanueva stated.
He added that institutionalising the exchange of intelligence is an essential step toward protecting the digital economy.
