Skyro has launched an AI chatbot to automate its initial line of customer support.
The automated system handles inquiries in English and local dialects to assist users with their financial accounts.
Customers use the chatbot to register requests, record payment commitments, cancel insurance services, and close credit contracts.
Skyro developed the virtual assistant to scale its operations as executives project a 250% growth in the corporate user base this year.
The technical integration reduced support costs per customer by 66% while processing over 200,000 application conversations every month.
Jorge Brisuela “The chatbot experience will always reflect the quality of customer care behind it,” said Jorge Brisuela, Head of Customer Care, Skyro.
Brisuela added that every interaction must feel friendly, clear, and seamless for the consumer.
Users can transfer their sessions from the AI platform to human agents for sensitive financial cases without losing their chat history.
A dedicated technical team developed the platform and successfully automated 67% of all customer interactions within eight months of deployment.
This automation expanded the availability of frontline support to a continuous schedule and reduced morning request backlogs from 800 to 150 chats.
