Mynt, the operator of GCash, has added HSBC and CLSA as international joint bookrunners for its potential PHP 92.32 billion initial public offering, according to InsiderPH.
The two banks join Jefferies in that role, while Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan and UBS remain joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, based on Mynt’s latest listing prospectus.
BPI Capital and BDO Capital remain the domestic lead underwriters. The maximum offer price of P10 per share and the total number of shares on offer are unchanged.
Alongside the expanded banking syndicate, Mynt pushed several key offer dates deeper into October.
Pricing moves to October 1 from September 28, with the final offer price now set to be announced on October 2 instead of September 30.
The target date for securing the Securities and Exchange Commission’s permit to sell shifted to October 5 from September 30.
The offer period will now run from October 6 to 12, compared with October 5 to 9 previously.
Firm orders are due October 8 instead of October 7, and the settlement date for retail investors moves to October 12 from October 9.
Despite these changes, Mynt’s planned Philippine Stock Exchange debut shifts by just one day, to October 20 from October 19.
GCash is the Philippines’ largest mobile wallet, offering payments, money transfers, savings, loans, investments and other financial services through its app.
If completed at the top of its range, the IPO would be the largest in Philippine history.
