The Chief Digital & Data Officer Philippine Summit will take place on November 12, 2026, in Manila. This is the second annual summit organized by CDOTrends, designed to address the gap between AI potential and tangible business results in the Philippine market.
Through experience- and insight-sharing by digital pioneers and stakeholders, the summit will tackle critical barriers ranging from infrastructure and ROI to talent and data foundation. The first keynote will address operationalizing tech and AI as a roadmap for acceleration and scale, examining how AI transitions from cosmetic tools into practical backbones that deliver real ROI.
An industry insights session will illustrate use cases for generative AI (genAI) and agentic AI, highlighting early success stories and the underlying platforms that facilitate such successes. A panel discussion will explore next-generation customer service in the AI era, examining human-AI integration and preventing erosion of core employee skills.
Following a refreshment break at 11:00 AM, additional sessions will cover uniting human and machine for trusted insights at scale and unlocking value at-scale with AI-optimized infrastructure. Finally, a panel will examine what is keeping AI from transforming businesses, addressing challenges such as modernizing legacy systems, solving data accessibility and governance issues, and building technical and general employee skills.
Confirmed speakers include leaders from ING, Royal Cargo, AG&P, Tonik Bank, Aboitiz Power Corporation, Unilever, Discovery Hospitality, San Beda University, and management consulting firms.
