K2 Investments has provided new capital to Tonik Digital Bank as part of an ongoing pre-Series C funding round, according to a report by DealStreetAsia.
The companies did not disclose the exact financial details or structure of the transaction.
Former CVC Capital Partners executive Krzysztof Krawczyk managed the investment vehicle and has now joined the digital bank board of directors.
Krawczyk previously spent over two decades at CVC Capital Partners, where he managed major investments across Central and Eastern Europe.
The fresh funding arrives as Tonik Digital Bank prepares for its next growth phase after reporting cash flow profitability in the first quarter of 2026.

“Having someone with Krzysztof’s track record of building category leaders and taking them public on our board is hugely valuable,” said Greg Krasnov, Founder and CEO, Tonik Digital Bank.
Management views the addition of an experienced private equity operator as a strategic move to help prepare the company for a potential public listing.
The bank recently reported an annualised revenue run rate exceeding US$60 million, with 99% of its income derived from lending operations.
The fintech firm previously announced a US$12 million pre-Series C capital raise in December 2025 that was led by Diligent Capital Partners.
