GoTyme Bank has surpassed 10 million users in the Philippines, according to a 10 July announcement reported by Asian Banking & Finance, nearly four years after the digital bank launched in October 2022.
GoTyme said it now holds about US$ 861.45 million (PHP 53 billion) in deposits. The bank’s debit card was the most-used Visa debit card in the Philippines in 2025, based on data from the card network.
The bank operates 600 kiosks across Robinsons and SM retail stores nationwide, where customers can open accounts and receive personalised cards.
Customers can also deposit and withdraw cash through more than 2,500 lanes in Robinsons stores, and deposit cash at over 4,500 7-Eleven outlets across the Philippines.
The milestone builds on a steady run of growth for GoTyme.
The bank crossed 6.5 million users and PHP 30 billion in deposits a year earlier, in July 2025, and CEO Nate Clarke said in March 2026 that the bank was on track to hit 10 million users by mid-year and approach 12 million by the end of 2026, while continuing to prioritise growth over near-term profitability.
