Online lending platforms promise approvals in minutes.
The pitch is speed: fast application, fast decision, fast disbursement. But the data informing that decision has rarely been fast.
Most lenders, digital or otherwise, have relied on bureau queries that reflect repayment behaviour from weeks or months ago, or on internal records alone.
For short-term lenders operating at speed, that lag is structural: the fastest decisions are being made with the slowest data.
There is a second problem, running parallel. Borrowers who use short-term online cash loans as their entry point into formal credit often repay perfectly and benefit little from it.
That clean repayment history stays inside the platform that issued the loan.
When those borrowers apply for a salary loan, a personal credit line, or financing from a bank, the history doesn’t follow them quickly.
LenderLink is the Philippines’ first consent-based credit intelligence network, a live exchange where 30+ member lenders share and query real-time borrower data across a pool of over 45 million credit records.
Built on Open Finance principles and certified to ISO 27001, the platform gives every member institution a sharper, fuller view of any loan applicant than any single lender’s internal data could provide.
LenderLink does not produce bureau reports or store credit scores; it is the live signal layer beneath them.
Cash-Express Philippines Financing Inc. has joined that network as a member, gaining real-time access to that pool while contributing its own consented borrower data to the pool.
Every record Cash-Express adds makes the network stronger; every query it runs draws on intelligence no lender could assemble alone.
Alisa Andreeva
“Real-time access to LenderLink’s network means we’re no longer making fast decisions with stale data. We can see a fuller, more current picture of every borrower the moment they apply, which lets us say yes with more confidence, and say it faster. Just as important, we’re putting our own borrowers’ repayment histories into that same network. A borrower who pays us back on time should have that record travel with them, not stay locked inside our platform. That’s the kind of credit ecosystem we want to help build in the Philippines,” Alisa Andreeva, CEO, Cash-Express Philippines, mentioned.
Cash-Express’s membership carries significance beyond its loan portfolio. Digital lenders assess infrastructure carefully before committing their data and their brand.
The fact that a fast-growing online lender chose LenderLink as its credit data layer is a marker of the network’s trustworthiness, credibility, and technical maturity.
It also adds a data type the network needs: high-frequency, short-term lending behaviour. Fast-loan repayment patterns capture borrower reliability under pressure, payments made when cash is short, obligations met on tight timelines.
That behavioural signal complements the longer-duration loan data already in the network, sharpening every member’s credit assessments.
Christo Georgiev
“Lenders that value customer satisfaction and real-time data belong together. Cash-Express built its model around speed, and that speed should be backed by the fullest possible picture of a borrower’s behavior. Its joining also tells us something about where the market is heading: lenders are choosing real-time credit intelligence as an essential building block of their credit risk operations. That is what Open Finance in practice looks like,” said Christo Georgiev, CEO & Founder, LenderLink.
Cash-Express’s integration runs through LenderLink’s API-first architecture, which connects to member fintechs through a single, standardised interface and operates in real time.
All borrower data exchanges occur under explicit consent, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and in alignment with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ Open Finance framework.
LenderLink is a certified Technical Service Provider (TSP) under the Credit Information Corporation (CIC).
That status lets it support member lenders on CIC data submission requirements, including borrower file formats, validation rules, and secure delivery protocols.
As a new member, Cash-Express gains access to the LenderLink Hub, a recently launched self-service portal available to all network members upon onboarding.
The Hub gives members a live dashboard of requests, hits, and contributions; a backtesting tool to run their borrower list against LenderLink products before going live; an AI Advisor for instant answers on usage and billing; and an AI Integration Wizard that generates a production-ready API integration bundle in minutes.
