RCBC has partnered with Raquel Pawnshop to deploy ATM Go terminals across the pawnshop’s branch network, extending the bank’s agency banking reach to more Filipino communities.
The deal brings RCBC ATM Go, the bank’s dual-SIM mobile point-of-sale ATM network already active across all 82 Philippine provinces, into Raquel Pawnshop’s 154 branches nationwide.
Through those branches, customers can access cash withdrawals, deposits, bills payment, remittances, and other digital financial transactions. Customers of participating banks, digital banks, and e-wallets can also make QR Ph-enabled withdrawals by scanning a code at RCBC ATM Go terminals.
RCBC Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation and Inclusion Officer Lito Villanueva and Raquel Pawnshop President and CEO Raquelita Rafa signed the agreement, alongside officers from both companies.
Rafa said the partnership would open meaningful opportunities for the communities Raquel Pawnshop serves. Villanueva said collaborations with community-based institutions like Raquel Pawnshop help accelerate financial inclusion by bringing banking closer to where Filipinos live and work.

RCBC’s Second Pawnshop Deal in as Many Months
