Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has waived PESONet transfer fees for transactions made through the Pay Non-BPI feature of its BizLink corporate banking platform, according to InsiderPH.
The waiver took effect on 1 August and applies to both existing and new BizLink corporate clients sending funds to accounts at other banks.
Businesses use Pay Non-BPI to send payments to suppliers, service providers, employees and other beneficiaries through the PESONet network.
Removing the transfer fee could help companies lower recurring transaction costs while streamlining routine disbursements.

“BPI understands that every peso counts,” said Luis Cruz, BPI’s Head of Institutional Banking. “By waiving PESONet transfer fees through BPI BizLink, we are helping our clients optimize their operations, lower transaction costs, and allow resources to further grow their business.”
The waiver follows BPI’s earlier move on 1 July to permanently remove InstaPay and PESONet fund transfer fees across the BPI app, online banking, VYBE, BanKo and BizKo.
BPI said that move was aligned with BSP Circular No. 1238, Series of 2026, which promotes reasonable, fair and market-based pricing for electronic fund transfers.
BizLink offers several other payment options for corporate users.
Pay Now processes immediate transactions, Pay On allows future-dated payments and Pay Every automates recurring disbursements.
Transfers between BPI accounts remain free through the platform’s Pay BPI feature.
BPI said the waiver forms part of its broader push to lower the cost of digital payments for businesses as the bank marks its 175th year of operation.
Businesses interested in enrolling in BizLink can coordinate with their relationship manager or contact the bank’s BizLink support channels.
