Peppermint Bizmoto, the company behind the Bizmoto e-wallet, has partnered with Philippine digital services platform HaveIt to provide the payment infrastructure for its transport and consumer services.
HaveIt is building an ecosystem of transportation and consumer services.
Its mobility arm, Ride It, connects passengers with transport services through a digital platform.
Under the partnership, Peppermint will power digital transactions within HaveIt’s ecosystem, allowing HaveIt to focus on expanding its transport network and services.
The companies did not say when payments will go live or which payment methods passengers will be able to use.
The Company Behind Bizmoto
Peppermint Bizmoto received an electronic money issuer licence from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) in 2022. Since then, it has offered e-wallet services through the bizmoto app.
Its parent company, Peppermint Innovation, is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
In 2025, Peppermint connected directly to InstaPay, enabling real-time transfers between bizmoto and other banks and e-wallets.
It also received a merchant acquisition licence from the BSP, allowing it to onboard small businesses such as sari-sari stores to accept payments, including QR Ph, through bizmoto.
