Business Development Officer
Description
The Business Development Officer is responsible for developing the business case for Loyalty and Rewards, and ensuring attainment of set platform targets.
Responsibilities
- Champion the development and delivery of new features and enhancements to the platforms that provide business value to the bank.
- Lead partnerships with consumers or platform participants to that create business value (revenues, cost savings).
- Collaborates with internal and external partners for the timely delivery of features.
- Budget and expense management
- Review business requirements and collaborate with the applicable stakeholders to ensure consistent customer experience.
- Ensures that all relevant documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements are accomplished.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business related course
- At least 2 years experience in Marketing / Product / Project Management / Business Development / IT background is a plus
- Knowledge of business case development, financial industry, and loyalty & rewards programs / retention programs
