Business Development Officer
Description

The Business Development Officer is responsible for developing the business case for Loyalty and Rewards, and ensuring attainment of set platform targets.

Responsibilities
  • Champion the development and delivery of new features and enhancements to the platforms that provide business value to the bank.
  • Lead partnerships with consumers or platform participants to that create business value (revenues, cost savings).
  • Collaborates with internal and external partners for the timely delivery of features.
  • Budget and expense management
  • Review business requirements and collaborate with the applicable stakeholders to ensure consistent customer experience.
  • Ensures that all relevant documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements are accomplished.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business related course
  • At least 2 years experience in Marketing / Product / Project Management / Business Development / IT background is a plus
  • Knowledge of business case development, financial industry, and loyalty & rewards programs / retention programs
