- Oversees office organization and performs administrative functions
- Develop group filing system
- Maintain group database
- Organize group communications and events
- Group and department events such as townhalls, employee engagement activities, etc.
- Support in Finance automation projects
- Assist in Finance-led initiatives within Mynt
- Cascade of Finance policies and announcements
- Annual budget exercise
- Consolidate and monitor budget per department
- File expense reports, cash advance, reimbursements and liquidation
- Organic and inorganic headcount monitoring and requests
- Perform monthly expense variance analysis
- Manage the CFO and group calendar
- Prepare presentation materials, reports and analyses as needed
- Board presentations
- Shareholder communications
- Other external reports and communications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- With 2-4 years’ experience in a related role
- Good organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and multi-tasker
- Adaptable and flexible
- Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
