The DOJ will integrate its payment collections into LandBank’s Link.BizPortal, allowing the public to pay for fees, clearances, certifications and other services online, according to Tribune.
Clients can generate a QR code for a transaction and scan it with a mobile banking or e-wallet app. LandBank then credits the payment to the DOJ automatically.
Justice Secretary Fredderick Vida said the system is part of the department’s effort to modernise public services and improve transparency and accountability.

“It represents a broader commitment to transparency, accountability, and integrity in the operations of the people we serve,” Vida said in a message delivered by Justice Undersecretary Majken Anika Gran-Ong.
LandBank Executive Vice President Alan Bornas said the bank would continue supporting the DOJ’s digital transformation through financial technology solutions.
It also builds on a May 2026 agreement in which the DOJ and LandBank agreed to digitise compensation payouts for victims of unjust imprisonment, illegal detention and violent crimes.
That earlier deal covered payouts to claimants, while this one covers payments coming in.
