The payout covers the September and October assistance for qualified beneficiaries, Manila Bulletin reported.
UPLIFT provides PHP 2,000 a month from July to December to Group 2 and Group 3 beneficiaries.
It is part of the government’s response to the national energy emergency.
Digital Payouts on 6 November
Group 2 covers poor and near-poor households identified through the Philippine Statistics Authority’s Community-Based Monitoring System.
Those with registered GCash accounts, other e-wallets or bank accounts will receive PHP 4,000 on 6 November.

“Beneficiaries receiving their assistance digitally will no longer need to go to an on-site payout venue,” said DSWD spokesperson Assistant Secretary Irene Dumlao.
Those without registered digital wallets or bank accounts will receive the same PHP 4,000 through manual payouts from 2 to 30 November.
The DSWD advised them to monitor its official Facebook pages for schedules and venues.
At the time, DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian said only about 20% of eligible Group 2 beneficiaries had their own e-wallets or bank accounts. He urged the rest to open one.
SSS Members Under Group 3
Low-income Social Security System (SSS) members under Group 3 will receive their aid through their enrolled disbursement accounts.
Members with a monthly salary credit (MSC) of PHP 10,000 will receive PHP 8,000 from 30 October.
This covers the first four months of assistance, and those who already received the first two months will get the remaining PHP 4,000.
Members with an MSC of PHP 20,000 will receive PHP 4,000 for the third and fourth months on 6 November.
