SeaMoney Credit - Features and Special Projects (FinTech)
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and grow digital financial products that people use, enjoy, and trust
- Translate user needs, data, and business goals into a prioritized product backlog
- Collaborate with cross-functional local/regional teams to define clear and comprehensive feature requests
- Manage delivery of product and features across design, development, UAT, live release, and growth
- Support continuous product development by ensuring quality, documentation, and readiness
- Conduct regular UX reviews, performance monitoring, competitive scans, and customer listening to determine improvements and opportunities
Qualifications
- With 2+ years of experience in product management, UX design, user research, strategy, consulting, or related fields
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and digital products
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in finance, digital financial services, and credit products is a plus
